Players can build railways once the Rail Phase begins, allowing for more efficient transportation and better scoring opportunities on the Brass Lancashire board. Players score points by developing industries like coal mines, ironworks, and cotton mills and connecting to distant markets. However, competition is fierce, and players must balance growth with careful resource management. The game ends after the Rail Phase, and the player with the most points wins.
