Warpaints Fanatic: World War II German Afrika Korps Paint Set

Operating far from Europe, German forces deployed to North Africa were required to adapt to a desert environment. The German Afrika Korps WWII set features historically researched colours inspired by the uniforms, equipment, and vehicles used during campaigns in Libya, Egypt, and Tunisia between 1941 and 1943.

This set reflects documented desert adaptations, including lighter uniform tones issued for heat and sun exposure, vehicle finishes selected for arid terrain, and equipment colours shaped by constant dust and wear. Rather than standard European field greys, these paints capture the practical appearance of German troops serving in the Western Desert, as seen during the Siege of Tobruk and the battles around El Alamein.

Paint your forces using colours grounded in historical research, supporting accurate representation without interpretation or embellishment. Designed for historical wargamers and collectors, this set approved by historian and World War II expert Dr. Stephen Bull delivers authenticity when recreating German Afrika Korps units on the tabletop.

The set features 10 high-performance, high-coverage Warpaints Fanatic acrylics - all unique colours only found in the Warpaints Historical range.
